About Our Client

Our client is a major health-care giant looking to hire their Head HR for the largest plant site in Sikkim

Job Description

  • Drive and lead the complete HR, IR and admin for nearly 3000 employees (including both on roll and off roll employees)
  • Understanding the company's overall business and linking the same to IR policies
  • Drive the talent management, performance management, onboarding, talent Acquisition and exit frameworks for the employees with a focus on creating a strong HR culture
  • Responsible for creating and implementing centralised HR and IR policies across the plant
  • Providing guidance to leadership and employees with respect to company policies, local and national employment laws
  • Engage with employee groups in a non unionised environment with focus on communication and problem solving to ensure excellent employee and labour relations.
  • Collaborate with business and HR to access organisational effectiveness and realign policies if required
  • Serve as a role model for employees to implement and reiterate the overall organisational values

The Successful Applicant

  • Comes with at least 16 years of experience in manufacturing with a plant-based role
  • Ok to work 6 days a week from the plant site
  • Must have hands on experience to lead HR and IR, both especially in a non unionised environment
