About Our Client

Our client is a Europe headquartered company in the renewable energy sector in India. Our client has a target to become net zero by 2030.

Job Description

  • Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions
  • Review and understanding of SLD's and derive BOM.
  • Based on the derived BOM, arrange quotations on item basis along with commercials
  • Provide complete cost estimates along with contingencies and margins.
  • To re-align the cost estimates to the bench marking or internal management targets through value engineering, alternative makes and sources.
  • To develop the revised estimates and to calculate the total cost of ownership for the term of PPA.
  • To provide valuable inputs through value engineering and industry market intelligence so as to revise the estimates on date of reverse auction.
  • To review the RFP from CDE so as to find technical deviations between bid estimates and RFP
  • To be the central administrator of actual project cost Vs Bid estimates along with reasoning for major deviations



The Successful Applicant

  • B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil
  • 10-12 years of overall experience in cost estimation and analysis.
  • Minimum of 5 years of exp. in costing for Renewable industry.
