Job Description

Designation: General Manager, Consolidation

Reports to: CFO

Location: GurgaonResponsibilities:

  • Group Financial Consolidation: Consolidating financials for multiple subsidiaries / entities (domestic & international)
  • Ind AS / IFRS Compliance: Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS 110, 111, 28, etc.) and ability to handle transition or reconciliations with IFRS where relevant
  • Statutory Reporting: Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Companies Act, Schedule III, SEBI (LODR), and relevant disclosure norms
  • Audit Management: Coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and audit committees
  • Financial Controls & Governance: Implementation of internal financial controls (IFC), documentation, and testing
  • System Implementation: Experience with ERP-based consolidation tools and automation of financial reporting
  • Subsidiary Accounting Oversight: Review and standardization of accounting practices across entities
  • Listed Company Environment: Exposure to quarterly closure timelines, audit committee presentations, and SEBI disclosure requirements
  • M&A / Investment Accounting: Knowledge of acquisition accounting, goodwill recognition, NCI, impairment testing, and investment valuation
  • Intercompany Transactions: Expertise in eliminations, transfer pricing adjustments, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Consolidation Adjustments: Practical exposure to foreign currency translation, deferred taxes at group level, and consolidation journals



The Successful Applicant

CA with 8-12 years of post qualification experience of handling financial consolidation and reporting in a LISTED Indian Company,
