About Our Client

Our client is a growing organisation in the consumer tech sector with global presence and operations

Job Description

  • Provide strategic legal advice to the leadership team on regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations relevant to the industry.
  • Manage and resolve legal disputes and liaise with external counsel as required.
  • Develop and implement policies to minimise legal risks and ensure ethical business practices.
  • Oversee intellectual property matters, including copyrights and trademarks.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from a legal perspective.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal and regulatory updates

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must have

  • LLB from a reputed institution
  • At-least 15 years of experience including working with international markets such as USA
  • Experience with a consumer tech platform is mandatory
