Job Description

  • Own Gen AI product features end-to-end from discovery to launch and optimization
  • Define PRDs, user stories, roadmaps, and success metrics
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams
  • Drive prioritization using data, insights, and business impact
  • Track performance and manage stakeholders across the product lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Gen AI PM/SPM should have:

  • 4-10 years experience in building GEN AI Products in Banking, Finance or Ecommerce Space.
  • A strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA Degree from a Tier 1 Institute (IIM, ISB Equivalent)
  • Proven expertise in managing AI-driven products within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.



Technical Exposure

  • Basic understanding of APIs and backend systems
  • Familiarity with data systems, dashboards, and metrics-driven decision-making
  • Exposure to AI / GenAI concepts and practical use cases
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams without hands-on coding
