Job Description

  • Oversee global RUN operations for application service delivery from a GBS perspective
  • Act as the central liaison for regional teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage transitions with end-to-end governance and execution oversight
  • Lead escalations, analyze SLAs/RCAs, and drive continuous service optimization
  • Ensure vendor delivery aligns with contractual obligations and maintain high-quality standards
  • Collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders - finance, operations, business, vendors, and IT
  • Work closely with senior leadership, including CIOs, to align tech strategies
  • Drive expansion of application portfolio and delivery capabilities within the GCC

The Successful Applicant

  • Engineering degree with 18+ years of experience in Application Delivery, Transition Management, and Service Operations
  • At least 10 years of experience managing global RUN operations in large-scale IT organizations
  • Strong understanding of SAP, Salesforce, CRM systems, Microsoft stack, and Cloud technologies
  • Experienced in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments, manage vendors, and drive strategic initiatives
  • Preferred certifications include PMI, ITIL, and Cloud-based credentials
  • Hands-on, proactive leader with a growth-focused mindset
