Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

The Successful Applicant

Fullstack Developer (1-2 Years Experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React/Redux, Node.js, and databases (MongoDB/MySQL), with exposure to API integrations and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications.

Implement responsive user interfaces using React/Redux, HTML, and CSS.

Develop backend services and RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.

Work with databases (MongoDB/MySQL) to design schemas and optimize queries.

Integrate third-party APIs and internal services.

Ensure scalability, performance, and security across the stack.

Collaborate with designers, frontend, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

1-2 years of experience as a fullstack developer.

Proficiency in React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Strong backend experience with Node.js and Express.js.

Database knowledge: MongoDB and MySQL.

Experience with version control (Git) and API integrations.

Understanding of caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) is a plus.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
