Job Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

Reporting to: Head of Business Finance and Corporate FP&A

Direct Reports: 4

This role heads the Ahmedabad Branch.

  • Develop and maintain financial models for sales forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Analyze key business drivers and trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying, and explaining variances.
  • Support Sales team with financial analysis for new business opportunities and pricing strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to establish annual budgets and quarterly

The Successful Applicant

  • Gujarati Speaker preferred
  • 85%+ marks in 10th and 12th
  • CA
    • MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Colleges only would also be acceptable.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, of which at least two years in managerial position.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills: experience with any financial planning software preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
