Job Description

  • Lead the FP&A team and oversee all financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Provide insightful financial analyses to influence strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and financial regulations.
  • Maintain close collaboration with other finance and non-finance departments.
  • Present financial metrics and insights to senior management.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and develop team members to enhance their performance and career growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'FP&A Head' should have:

  • Minimum 15 years of overall experience in FP&A or related roles.
  • Open to Hyderabad as a location
  • Candidate should come with experience dealing with the Manufacturing/healthcare industry.
