Job Description

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting - Developing dynamic models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Budgeting & Variance Analysis - Monitoring performance, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions
  • Management Reporting - Delivering insightful dashboards and KPIs to senior leadership
  • Business Partnering - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions
  • Scenario Analysis & Strategic Planning - Evaluating risks and opportunities through sensitivity modeling
  • Cost & Profitability Analysis - Identifying operational efficiencies and margin improvement opportunities
  • Ad Hoc Analysis & Special Projects - Supporting M&A, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Controller should have:

  • CA with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing companies
  • Stong Financial Modelling skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools (experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
