Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive 10x user growth in 6 months and 50x in 12 months through creative, non-traditional strategies.
  • Design and implement scalable referral programs to leverage word-of-mouth.
  • Develop and execute viral growth hacks, social media campaigns, and exclusive events.
  • Build partnerships with premium establishments frequented by target users.
  • Own onboarding flows, interact with users, and refine growth strategies based on insights.
  • Continuously adapt growth playbooks as the company moves toward product-market fit.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Founding Team Generalist should have:

  • 1-5 years of professional experience in a ConsumerTech startup/Chief of Staff role/Consulting.
  • Proven exposure to consulting or startup ecosystems.
  • Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
  • Creative problem solver with exceptional execution skills.
  • Strong consumer insight and an eye for detail and taste.



Preferred experiences:

  • Worked on 0→1 growth projects for a consumer tech company.
  • Ex-founder who grew a consumer app organically.
  • Leadership roles in college councils or large-scale festivals.
