This is a founding Customer Success role for a high growth SaaS firm. It is a Individual contributor role and is 5-days WFO role based out of Bangalore.

Our client is a leading startup in the Martech space, catering to the D2C & B2C ecosystem in India and is funded by marquee investors.

Job Description

  • End-to-end relationship management for high-value accounts (Avg ACV > $20K).
  • Own and improve Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Partner with customers to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term success.
  • Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to improve processes, customer experience, and account outcomes.
  • Identify and act on white space opportunities to unlock upsells and new use cases.
  • Contribute to building a scalable CSM function: playbooks, training, performance metrics, and coaching programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and implementation.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to review performance, adoption, and opportunities.
  • Understand customer goals and challenges to shape tailored success plans.
  • Track customer health, usage, and satisfaction metrics to proactively manage risk.
  • Drive renewals and expansions through ongoing value delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High sense of ownership and bias towards action
  • Good to have a past history of cracking competitive exams (CAT, XAT, JEE etc)
