Job Description

  • Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance of the organization.
  • Lead the annual audit process and liaise with auditors as required.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting and finance team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 12 years of Industry with experience in the Finance and Accounting function OR must have worked at Big 4 audit firms (in their audit discipline).
  • Strong preference for experience in working in a global environment as part of a multinational company.
  • Experience in data centers/telecommunications/real estate or digital infrastructure sectors and worked along in development and construction projects is preferred.
  • Experience in project finance and raising third‐party debt is an added advantage.
  • Strong core financial reporting skills covering consolidation, financial reporting, management reporting, ICFR and FP&A.
  • Must have experience in working with established ERP systems like SAP, Oracle etc. Being part of an ERP implementation team is beneficial.
