We are seeking a dedicated Finance professional to join in as a Financial Analyst for a Leading Manufacturing Company based out of Hyderabad. This role will require you to work closely with the CFO in driving the business and investment decisions based on insights derived from analysing and interpreting financial statements and data.

Job Description

  • Driving gain/loss analysis, Sales statements, Product costing, Profitability reporting, Revenue Recognition and Overheads Analysis, Expenses analysis, Productivity calculations etc.
  • Using financial modelling to guide the organisation's business decisions.
  • Evaluating new investment avenues, the financial risks involved and mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with the CFO on financial strategies, analysis and make presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Create management reports involving key financial metrics.
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across departments to ensure accuracy of financial information.
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified CA/MBA (Full time course)
  • 6+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or across FP&A/Business Finance roles.
  • Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Prior experience across the Manufacturing/Building Materials/FMCG/Consumer-Tech industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency with PowerBi and SQL.
  • Prior experience working with SAP.
  • Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad.
