Job Description

  • Manage and drive end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Ability to understand complex financial transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design process innovation solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing financial systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic changes.
  • Assess risks related to financial reporting and accounting processes and implement controls to mitigate the risk.
  • Manage process innovation projects to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies within the finance divisions.

The Successful Applicant

Finance Transformation Partner

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Account-to-Report (A2R) or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
  • Proven experience in managing and driving Change Management initiatives
  • Over 10 years of professional experience, preferably within a Big 4 accounting firm
  • Proven experience in finance transformation role
  • Understanding of ERP systems and financial modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, conflict management.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, successfully managing finance transformation projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Good to have focus on intercompany processes.
