Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Close collaboration with Business Units to understand key business drivers such as markets, competitors, share of voice ensuring knowledge dissemination
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team
  • Oversee the accounting & finance department, including team development and performance management
  • Manage financial risk through effective policies and controls

The Successful Applicant

  • CA or MBA with 6+ Years of Experience in FP&A domain
  • Candidate should have worked in a Manufacturing or FMCG industry
