Job Description

  • Oversee Financial Reporting - Ensure timely and accurate financial statements
  • Ensure Compliance - Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory adherence.
  • MIS Reporting - Deliver timely, data-driven MIS reports for management insights
  • Account Payable and Account Receivables
  • Ensure Revenue Recognition - Implement accurate and compliant revenue recognition practices.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies for the company, including long-term financial planning.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the company and identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and management to the finance and accounting team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • CA is must with 3 to 6 years post qualification experience
  • Prior experience in start-up is must
  • Worked with start-up founders in the past
  • Proven experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
