Job Description

  • Lead financial modelling and valuation analysis for M&A opportunities.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure and negotiate deals.
  • Prepare detailed presentations and reports for senior management and investors.
  • Monitor market trends to identify potential acquisition opportunities in the property sector.
  • Support the integration of acquired entities into the organisation's portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to Investment activities.
  • Work closely with the accounting and finance department to streamline processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful M&A professional should have:

  • A degree in CA/MBA/CFA.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling and deal structuring.
  • In-depth knowledge of mergers and acquisitions in the real estate development industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the property sector.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
