Our client is a prominent NSE/BSE listed company is Retail sector, They are market leaders in their domain and have 30+ legal entities in India.

Job Description

  • Financial Leadership: Oversee controllership, FP&A, treasury, digital transformation & debt fundraising for South India operations.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive automation and process improvements across finance functions.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop budgets, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Team Management: Exposure to lead a team size of 50+ people in the past

The Successful Applicant

  • Chartered Accountant (1st/2nd attempt)
  • Work experience - 15+ years
  • Candidates from Retail, Telecom, E-commerce, Consumer Tech, FMCG and Real Estate will be preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple legal entities and complex financial structures
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
