Job Description

  • Lead and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal financial policies.
  • Oversee cash flow management and optimise working capital.
  • Develop strategies to improve profitability and reduce financial risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Drive cost-control initiatives and efficiency improvements across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • CA with 15-18 years of post-qualification
  • Extensive experience in financial management within clothing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
