Job Description

  • Lead the finance function for India operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, Accounting and compliance with IND-AS.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to support business growth.
  • Partner with global teams on strategic projects, including cost optimization and process improvements.
  • Manage statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • CA/CMA with 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IND-AS, controllership, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage audits, tax matters, and internal controls.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in a multinational environment preferred.
