Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial accounting and reporting activities.
  • Partner with finance and business partners in supporting key initiatives and drive financial objectives
  • Develop and implement financial controls and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.
  • Provide financial insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Lead internal and external financial audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:.

  • Chartered Accountancy with an overall experinece of 15 years or more
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or life science industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
