The Finance Controller will lead financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash flow planning, and internal controls across the business, working closely with the Regional CFO and corporate teams. The role involves driving financial accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence while supporting strategic decision-making across manufacturing and marketing finance.

Job Description

  • Prepare and submit monthly P&L, balance sheet, quarterly estimates, and variance analysis to corporate with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee financial consolidation across group entities, including inter company eliminations and corporate-level reporting for group submissions.
  • Manage statutory audits, inter-company eliminations, disclosures, and board-level financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with IND AS, SEBI, Company Law, Related Party regulations, and MSME norms.
  • Lead the controller function: COSO framework monitoring, IFC testing, SOD conflict checks, and follow-ups on internal audit actions.
  • Plan and monitor balance sheet budgets, depreciation, amortisation, and monthly/weekly/daily cash flows.
  • Act as a financial advisor to business units on accounting, costing, legal, and tax matters.



The Successful Applicant

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant.
  • Experience: Minimum 13 years
  • Industry: Manufacturing
  • Functional Expertise:
    • Financial reporting and consolidation
    • FP&A, costing, statutory audit, and internal controls
    • Regulatory compliance (IND AS, SEBI, Company Law, RPT, MSME)
    • Cash flow and working capital management
  • Behavioural Traits:
    • Should possess strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to lead large teams, multitask under pressure, and influence at senior levels
    • Should be comfortable managing complex reporting structures and stakeholder relationships
