Job Description

  • Oversee all company accounts and investments.
  • Develop plans for financial growth.
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting.
  • Optimize financial procedures and systems.
  • Coordinate auditing processes.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders on financial matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Controller' should have:

  • An academic background in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
  • CA is a must
  • Mandatory experience of 2-3 years with a Big 4
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and industry guidelines.
