Job Description



  • Lead all finance and accounting functions across multiple real estate portfolios


  • Implement and monitor internal control systems to ensure financial integrity


  • Manage debt funding, banking relationships, and ensure timely loan servicing


  • Maintain ERP-driven data and ensure transparent, audit-ready reporting


  • Oversee tax compliance including TDS, GST, PT, PF, and liaise with consultants


  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management at project and entity level


  • Prepare accurate monthly MIS and manage statutory audit processes


  • Evaluate and guide real estate structures like JDAs/JVs and associated financial/tax implications


  • Mentor a mid-sized finance team and promote best financial practices



The Successful Applicant



  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience, preferably in real estate or infrastructure


  • Strong exposure to real estate accounting, project finance, and tax planning


  • Proven ability to manage audits, investor relations, and ERP-based reporting
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle complexity and work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
