Job Description

  • Lead Finance Controllership: Oversee all financial controllership activities, aligning with company goals and regulatory standards.
  • Set-up Financial Processes: Establish and maintain efficient financial accounting systems and procedures.
  • Revenue Accounting: Ensure accurate revenue recognition and manage revenue forecasting.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Bookkeeping: Supervise day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure proper transaction recording.
  • Month-End Closures: Oversee month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Investor Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to investors, ensuring transparency.
  • Due Diligence: Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
  • Risk & Compliance: Manage financial risk, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • CA with 8 years+ of experience
  • Prior experience in USGAAP and IFRS
  • Prior experience in tech/SAAS based company will be a plus
