Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to support financial decision-making.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for the accounting and finance department.
  • Deep dive & Analysis of Financial Statements. Preparation of multiple monthly MIS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain data visualisation dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in data management and reporting work-flows.
  • Train and mentor team members on the effective use of business intelligence tools and methodologies.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure the organisation remains competitive in its data practices.
  • Support senior leadership with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or an MBA in Finance (Tier-1 Business Schools)
  • Proficiency in intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
  • Experience in managing and analysing large data sets within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present data-driven insights.
  • A collaborative mindset to work across departments and with senior leadership.
