Our client is a major FMCG foods and beverage giant with presence in more than 60+ countries globally

Job Description

Candidate will be reporting to the Engineering & Projects head of the facility.

  • Lead all factory wide industry 4.0 and automation engineering projects for all new age technologies.
  • Independently manage automation-related aspects of all projects in the factory
  • Automated Maintenance, PPM, and Equipment history
  • Have in-depth understanding of E&A detailed engineering, schematic layout, system architecture, IOT integration across the factory
  • Lead troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance, corrective action, and Operational Excellence activity for all automation and electrical/electronics utilities
  • Thorough understanding of controls, process flow, machine communication, machine interfacing

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must have BE/B.Tech (EC, EEE, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls) with a minimum of 8-15 years of experience
  • Relevant experience of 6 to 8 years in system house of Automation OEMs like Siemens, Allen Bradley
  • Hands-on experience in programming and maintenance of latest Siemens PLC (s7-300, WINCC Scada, etc.) / Rockwell PLC (Compact Logix, Control Logix, RSView 32)
  • Hands-on experience with electrical circuits hardware design and troubleshooting
