The role involves business development, client relationship management and scaling up export revenues by tapping into utility companies, power distribution entities and electrical utilities.

With a diverse product portfolio spanning Low, Medium, High, and Extra High Voltage cables, the company caters to global markets across power utilities, oil & gas, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Job Description

The Sales Manager - Exports will be responsible for the following:

  • Establish and scale the company's business footprint in the ME region.
  • Diversify exports beyond existing geographies by building a strong customer base among utilities and EPCs.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth in specialty cables (LV, MV, HV, EHV).
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Undertake frequent travel to MEA markets for client meetings and business development



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • 10+ years of experience in international/export sales within electrical products, cables, or power equipment.
  • Proven ability to handle annual business turnover of ₹100 Cr+.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing new geographies/markets and scaling business.
  • Strong exposure to working with utility companies, EPC contractors, and electrical utilities in MEA.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Engineering/technical qualification preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
