About Our Client

Our client is is a market giant in hand & power tools and are looking to hire an exports manager to look after the America region.

Job Description

  • Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure finding buyers in the international markets
  • Preparing an effective business plan to generate business in America
  • Managing all export sales activities and communicating with customers to grow the business
  • Identifying new markets and finding ways to promote in the market
  • Responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing sales strategies
  • Meet budgeted target for product placement and sales in the region
  • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Must come with an experience of 8-10 years in sales or channel management in tools space
  • Must have previously managed America region
  • Must be open to frequent oversees travel
  • Experience of business development through channels and dealers
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • MBA from a good institute
  • The candidate should be open travelling to America
