Client is the largest Auto OEM player in both the EV and ICE products and has global footprint in terms of R&D Centers as well as customer base

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end EV product launches for the next generation of product portfolio
  • Lead Electrical and Electronic Systems for EV product line
  • Manage broader EV functions/teams - BMS, Battery Pouch, e-Powertrain, Embedded SW & HW, e-Drivetrain and Control Units, e-Motors, Connected Vehicles
  • Sound understanding of vehicle integration (HW & SW)
  • Atleast 3-4 end-to-end EV product launch experience in 2/3/4 Wheeler segment
  • Building and scaling up large scale EV Teams while grooming talent for new-age technologies

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong engineering (B.Tech + Master's) background in Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive or any other relevant field
  • Atealst 20+ years of experience in core Automotive domain and preferably 7+ years of EV Systems exposure
  • Multiple EV product launch exposure while leading E&E systems for 2/3/4 wheeler segment
  • Overseas exposure would be preferable
