The EU Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within the software industry. This role requires a strong focus on achieving targets and expanding the customer base in European markets.
  • Lead Sales for the European Region, manage a team of AE's.
  • Work with the Top Leadership directly.

Founded in 2011, the company began by helping salaried professionals e-file income tax returns and has since expanded into GST, e-invoicing, wealth & investment tools, enterprise compliance and working-capital/credit solutions.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the EU market.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve competitive positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports for management.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EU Sales Leader should have:

  • A strong background in sales within the software industry.
  • Excellent understanding of the technology and fintech space.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Able to manage a team of Rockstar AE's
