Our client is a leading global player in the FMCG industry

Job Description

  • Stay up to date on changes to relevant laws and regulations in India and ensure that the company remains in compliance with anti-corruption laws, anti-trust laws, data privacy laws, etc
  • Candidate should be fluent in local language (Telugu in Vizag and Tamil in Chennai)
  • Implement data protection and privacy programs.
  • Implement antitrust and competition programs.
  • Investigate broad and diverse allegations.
  • Perform third party compliance reviews.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and provide data driven insights to support work.
  • Develop and refresh policies and training.
  • Work cross functionally with functions outside of the Legal & Corporate Affairs team.
  • Take on special projects as needed

The Successful Applicant



A successful candidate should have:

  • 6+ years of overall experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in Beverages & Alcohol
  • Open to any Chennai and Vizag as a location - WFH
  • Candidate should come with experience dealing with the legalities and compliance in FMCG
