Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with local and global regulations.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to industry-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
  • Oversee and manage compliance audits, both internal and external.
  • Deliver training programs to educate staff on compliance standards and policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Lead-India should have:

  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in compliance and legal frameworks within the automotive industry.
  • Experience in handling regulatory audits and risk management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
