Job Description

  • Proven track record of leading large‑scale global transformation programs, including digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI.
  • Clearly define and communicate the value proposition across all sites globally
  • Identify opportunities to expand scope, complexity, and value of services.
  • Own and govern business continuity planning and crisis management
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and best‑practice methodologies

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-12 years in senior leadership roles heading shared services organizations with P&L responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, multi‑country, multi‑thousand‑employee operations
  • Broad functional knowledge across Finance and Human Resources
  • Strong people leadership and talent management capabilities.
  • High strategic agility with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
