- A well funded Consumer Internet start-up looking to venture into CRM Enterprise business. They are one of the leaders in the education/ upskilling space.

Job Description

-Spearhead strategic initiatives to scale B2B SaaS revenue in India by identifying untapped market opportunities, addressing evolving enterprise needs, and bridging competitive gaps.

-Define and drive long-term positioning to establish sustainable market leadership.

-Take full ownership of the enterprise P&L, with a focus on optimizing pricing strategies, improving margins, and ensuring cost efficiency.

-Build and nurture senior-level relationships with CXOs across high-impact sectors such as BFSI, Retail, and Technology. Lead client acquisition and expansion through multi-year, high-value contracts that drive predictable, recurring revenue. Establish strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and enhance client portfolio strength.

-Align closely with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of enterprise solutions. Maintain high standards of delivery excellence and client satisfaction. Monitor key financial and operational metrics to ensure strong business performance and course-correct where needed.

-Foster a high-performance, execution-focused culture within the enterprise sales team. Mentor and develop future leaders to strengthen team capabilities and succession readiness. Enhance market positioning by establishing the company as a thought leader through industry events, insights, and strategic collaborations.

The Successful Applicant

- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in CRM sales, with strong exposure to the Indian market.

- Experience in a startup environment within the CRM or SaaS space is a strong advantage.

Must be a self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of building and scaling the business alongside the founders.
