Job Description

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture aligned with business strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on digital trends and technology opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Define and enforce architecture principles, standards, and governance.
  • Lead architecture review boards and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate cloud platforms, analytics, and automation tools for business fit.
  • Oversee integration of new solutions with legacy systems.
  • Drive innovation pilots and proofs-of-concept to demonstrate value.

The Successful Applicant

  • B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT; MBA preferred.
  • 12-15 years in product engineering or enterprise architecture.
  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales and supply chain value chains.
  • Proven success in large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP, APIs, middleware, analytics, and cybersecurity.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for innovation.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative across global stakeholders.
