Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams to deliver high-quality products. ● Define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals. ● Provide architectural guidance and hands-on contributions to full-stack projects. ● Drive adoption of modern frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Node.js, Java, Python, Go) frameworks. ● Ensure efficient API design, scalable architecture, and optimized database performance. ● Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to ensure timely releases. ● Implement engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD, and automated testing. ● Stay ahead of emerging trends in full-stack development and bring innovations to the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10 years of professional experience, with strong hands-on expertise in full-stack development. ● Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, or Go). ● Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. ● Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). ● Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps tools. ● Proven track record in leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects. ● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
