Job Description

  • Integrate service accounts for non-critical applications into CyberArk to align with security best practices.
  • IT Security Enhancements: Implement remediation measures based on findings from Ping Castle reports to strengthen Active Directory (AD) security.
  • Coordinate the development, configuration, and enforcement of Group Policy Objects (GPO) for Windows Server 2022 hardening.
  • Asset and Configuration Management: Ensure the completeness of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) by identifying and addressing missing workstations.
  • Update IT infrastructure sub-organization information within the CMDB to maintain data accuracy.
  • Audit Support and Compliance: Provide comprehensive support for external SAP audits led by firms such as EY or Deloitte.
  • Co-ordinate the development, documentation, and monitoring of the execution of audit action plans to address identified gaps or findings.
  • KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Review and provide structured feedback on Global Security Dashboards and Cyber Security Operations (Cyber SecOps) KPIs.
  • Track and ensure progress on Core Service Management (CSM) projects in alignment with organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience in IT security, compliance, and infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms such as Tanium, Crowdstrike, CyberArk, and Ping Castle.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CMDB processes, Active Directory security, and GPO
  • Experience supporting external audits and implementing action plans to address compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
