Client is into premium gourmet snacking brand known for its innovative and high-quality products.

Job Description

  • Own the P&L for Quick Commerce, E-commerce, and D2C by developing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Oversee performance marketing, organic growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Scale presence on platforms like Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, Big Basket, Flipkart, and others.
  • Manage a team of Key Account Managers, collaborating across functions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of experience in E-commerce (including Quick Commerce), currently heading E-commerce in their organization for at least 2 years.
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders in quick-commerce accounts within the food and beverage space.
  • Proven track record in scaling digital businesses, managing P&L, and expertise in quick commerce and marketplace strategies.
  • Start-up experience or an entrepreneurial approach is preferred, with a background in launching new categories or scaling e-commerce businesses in challenging environments.
