Job Description

Talent Acquisition Management:

  • Oversee the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Lead leadership hiring initiatives, focusing on key corporate function



HR Business Partnering:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive culture through initiatives that uphold company values.
  • Enhance diversity, employee well-being, and engagement across the organization.
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure employees meet organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support for employee development plans and career path.



Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 7-8 HR professionals.
  • Drive team performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR service

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 12+ years in HR, with significant experience in scaling and building brands.
  • MBA is mandatory.
  • Preferably from Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance, or organizations known for excellent people policies and culture.
