Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a robust DST strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives in the mortgage segment.
    • Design channel-specific campaigns and initiatives to increase direct customer acquisition.
  • Sales Performance
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for home loans through the DST channel.
    • Monitor productivity, conversion rates, and cost of acquisition.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales managers and executives. Implement sales performance metrics, incentive plans, and career progression paths.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with product, credit, risk, and operations to ensure DST channel alignment with company goals.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align lead generation with DST efforts.



  • Process & Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC/AML norms.
    • Drive usage of CRM and sales automation tools for real-time tracking and transparency.



  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure best-in-class customer engagement and service delivery from first contact to disbursal.
    • Gather market intelligence to improve product offerings and value propositions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in managing DST channels for home loans/mortgages in a fintech or traditional financial institution.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a large, distributed sales force.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on aggressive growth targets. In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending landscape and competition. Proficient in using CRM and sales tech tools (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory if backed by strong experience
