Implement sales performance metrics, incentive plans, and career progression paths.CollaborationWork closely with product, credit, risk, and operations to ensure DST channel alignment with company goals.Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align lead generation with DST efforts.Process & ComplianceEnsure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC/AML norms.Drive usage of CRM and sales automation tools for real-time tracking and transparency.Customer ExperienceEnsure best-in-class customer engagement and service delivery from first contact to disbursal.Gather market intelligence to improve product offerings and value propositions.The Successful ApplicantProven experience in managing DST channels for home loans/mortgages in a fintech or traditional financial institution.Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a large, distributed sales force.Demonstrated ability to deliver on aggressive growth targets. In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending landscape and competition.
