Job Description

* Strategic Leadership & Team Optimization:

o Evaluate and optimize current talent acquisition strategies, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness, specifically within technology hiring.

o Provide strategic guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and technology roadmap.

o Identify and address any gaps in team performance, knowledge, or resources.

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, product, and data science leaders.* Team Development & Mentorship:

o Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.

o Establish clear performance metrics and goals, and track progress against key talent acquisition KPIs.

o Empower team members to take ownership of their roles and contribute to team success.

o Ensure the team is up to date on the latest recruiting tools, and technologies.* Technology Recruitment Expertise & Enhancement:

o Refine and enhance existing sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technology talent from diverse backgrounds.

o Evaluate and improve current candidate assessment processes to ensure accurate evaluation of technical skills and cultural fit.

o Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the team informed and effective.

o Ensure the team is utilizing all available resources, and that processes are efficient.* Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

o Strengthen and refine our employer brand to attract top technology talent and position [Fintech Company Name] as an employer of choice.

o Analyze and improve the current candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

o Reinforce and expand diversity and inclusion initiatives.* Data & Analytics:

o Leverage data and analytics to monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize recruitment strategies.

o Generate regular reports on talent acquisition performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

o Master's degree in human resources from an institute of high repute will be highly preferred

o Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment with 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition.

o Experience recruiting for a variety of roles in the technology domain with an ability to recruit for niche roles with the evolving markets

o Strong sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.

o Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing recruitment teams.

o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

o Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

o Data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience tracking and analyzing key metrics.

o Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

o Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. [Specify ATS if applicable]

o Experience in the industry is a plus.
