  • Provides overall strategic and operational leadership to the delivery team

  • Drives transformation agenda aligned with overall Global Operations Strategy

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong leadership skills and experience of managing global teams, setting clear direction, and developing a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring

  • Formulate commercial business cases for change i.e., with clear return on investment

  • Ability to work in an agile methodology, recognizing the pace needed to deliver rapid change, not just through resources in the direct team

  • Global supplier management

  • SLA management

  • KPI tracking, analysis, and continuous improvement

  • Ability to engage with senior level (internally as well as with customers) stakeholders, building deep relationships as a trusted partner up to CxO level

  • Problem solving, often engaged with problems that sit across multiple units, stakeholders, and capabilities

  • Ability to engage in difficult situations be they with teams, customers, stakeholders - and manage both challenging conversations and get the right outcomes

  • Strong transformation experience - leading and driving change across multi-disciplined teams and locations having a material impact on business goals
