The role of Director - Quality Risk Management (QRM) entails managing client service delivery across multiple projects. The role will involve ensuring that the service levels are maintained at a high level by the different teams that are working on these projects.

This organisation specialises in assisting its member firms across a broad spectrum - from industries such as financial services to telecom to consumer markets among many others. The role is for the global markets and focuses on quality risk management as a domain.

Job Description

The key roles and responsibilities of the role are -

  • Develop and implement quality and risk management frameworks across consultancy and strategy projects.
  • Lead a team to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Ensure timely client service delivery and work towards ensuring that quality outcomes are delivered
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk management strategies and frameworks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the professional services sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director QRM should have:

  • Expertise in quality and risk management within the professional services industry.
  • Expertise in service delivery management and risk assessment
  • Experience in budgeting and resource management during the course of a project
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
