Job Description

  • Provides overall strategic and operational leadership to the Major Programme Delivery team

  • Drives transformation agenda aligned with overall Global Operations Strategy

  • Manages significant risks and opportunities for the customer experience across multiple Large Service Solutions and new business activities

The Successful Applicant

You should have:

  • Excellent leadership skills and a role model within the business i.e. evidence of building a talent pipeline

  • Demonstrate evidence of building high performing, diverse, cross cultural teams across the globe

  • Extensive and varied global business experience; possibly with an MBA or similar post graduate qualification

  • Transformation experience - opportunity identification, optimisation and programme delivery of sustainable business improvements

  • Demonstrates an understanding of future digital, data and market trends and how these fit strategically with customers' needs

  • Track record of promoting diversity and creating an inclusive working environment

  • Understanding of technology use case and customer benefits as well as translation of varying solution options into commercial options

  • Understanding of agile as well as APM frameworks in the programme delivery context
