Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR Managed Services covering HCM, Compliance, and Payroll.
  • Partner with global stakeholders across industries, supporting multi-region operations.
  • Drive operational excellence, best practices, competitor benchmarking, and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage a large-scale team with significant span of control (~1:1000), with flexibility based on client complexity.
  • Support ERP integrations and ensure seamless alignment with HRMS tools and technologies.
  • Represent the practice on client calls and drive strategic discussions.



The Successful Applicant

Ideal Profile:

  • 18+ years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll leadership roles within shared services, consulting, or managed services environments.
  • Strong exposure to client-facing roles and stakeholder management at a global scale.
  • Deep understanding of HR tools, ERP systems, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of market best practices, HR compliance frameworks, and data management principles.
  • Prior experience working with service organizations (Big 4, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro) is highly preferred.
  • A high-ownership, entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to adapt to a fast-scaling environment.
