Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders at all levels to diagnose organizationalchallenges and provide insights for strategy design. Develop and execute annual people plans that directly support business unit goals Collaborate with business leaders and HR peers to design and implement organizationaleffectiveness and change initiatives, including organization design, team and departmentalculture-building (collaboration, communication etc.). Continuously review and refine HR practices to ensure relevance and effectiveness Track and analyse key HR and business metrics, providing data-driven insights andexecuting targeted interventions.Talent Development & Succession Planning Drive talent management programs, including reviews, succession planning, developmentplans, and internal mobility. Partner with business leaders to identify critical roles and build succession pipelines. Support leadership development programs and career progression frameworks.Employee Experience Promote an inclusive and engaging work environment by designing and implementing tailoredengagement initiatives at the organizational, team, and departmental levels to drivesustainable impact and enhance employee experience.Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor the HRBP team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, andcontinuous improvement. Build capability & empower the HRBP function to deliver BAU seamlessly.Operational Excellence (Run & Delivery) Oversee execution of core HR processes, including employee relations, performanceappraisals, performance improvement, engagement surveys, and action planning. Partner with Centers of Excellence and matrix HRBPs / leaders on projects andinterventions. Stay updated on external HR trends and best practices. Undertake additional projects as assigned by the CHRO.The Successful Applicant MBA or a full-time 2-year Postgraduate Diploma from a premier institute, or a degree in Organizational Psychology. 15+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience, including several years in a managerial role within a fast-paced, matrixed, and preferably knowledge-intensive organization. Exposure to high-tech or product-based firms and entrepreneurial environments. Proven ability to manage both BAU and growth interventions, from design to execution.
