Job Description

  • Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient operations and accurate reporting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise resource allocation and cost management
  • Drive financial initiatives to support the company's growth
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified CA
  • 15-18 years of post-qualification experience
  • Proven expertise in financial management within the FMCG industry (preference)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation
