Job Description

  1. Drive development of an insurance platform for Indian workforce, focusing on innovation and user experience enhancement.
  2. Build and lead an engineering team, emphasising collaboration, innovation, and talent development.
  3. Ensure the platform's ability to grow alongside user base and enterprise needs through robust architecture and coding practices.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to prioritise and deliver product milestones aligned with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

  1. 12-15 years of experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of leadership and hands-on expertise in full-stack engineering. You should have a strong understanding of modern-age tech stacks and frameworks.
  2. Prior experience in one of more of the following industries is a must have : Modern-age tech based fintech, e-commerce, logistics, benefits, payroll, payment systems, stock broking
  3. Experience in building products from scratch (0-1), demonstrating a strong focus on product road-map delivery and driving innovation in insurance work-flows. You should be adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring high scalability and enterprise readiness.
  4. You should have a successful track record of managing and grooming engineering teams, ideally with experience leading teams of 25-40 members. You should also be skilled in attracting, hiring, retaining, and developing top talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and productivity.
